Ordering
Order processing time can range between 1 – 4 full business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days). Processing times may vary and are subject to change without notice. These times are also only estimated and not guaranteed. Different products may have varying processing times. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Payment Options
Stickertoons™ accepts all major credit cards and PayPal™. Simply follow the checkout process and choose the type of payment method you wish to use by selecting a credit card or PayPal. Our payment process is encrypted and secured by PayPal™. We do not store any of your payment information on our site at any time.
Credit Cards
Stickertoons currently accepts VISA®, MASTERCARD®, AMERICAN EXPRESS® and DISCOVER®.
From the shopping cart page or the shipping and checkout page, click on the black, debit or credit card button located just below the blue PayPal button. Enter your credit card information in the card information fields. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Declined Credit Card Payment
If your credit card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your credit card will not be charged, and your order will not be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until the financial institution that issued the card removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your credit card may be declined for any of the following reasons including but not limited to:
- General decline – This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit limit issue. Contact the financial institution that issued your card for further details.
- AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch – The billing address you entered during the checkout process does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.
- Card security code mismatch – The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card (on the front for AMEX®), does not match the code that was entered during checkout.
PayPal™
To pay for your order with PayPal™, select PayPal as your payment method. On the shopping cart page, the PayPal login button is located below the “Proceed to Checkout” button. On the shipping and Checkout page, the PayPal login button is located just below your order summary. To log into your PayPal account, click the “PayPal” button. This will take you directly to PayPal™ where you can enter your billing, shipping and payment information. When complete, you will be directed back to Stickertoons™ to confirm your order.
Money Order, Personal Check or Cashier's Check
We do not accept money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks.
