Most instances of non-receipt of an order are due to incorrect or missing address information. For example; missing apartment number, missing post office box number and spelling / typo errors in house number, street name, city or town name etc. Please double check all shipping address information before submitting your order.
If the order is being shipped to a business address, the shipping address provided must include the name of the business and the name of the person that the order is being shipped to.
